Forms and AI chat
Newsletter and Small Wins forms are demonstrations. The site code does not send or store the information entered in them, and submitting a preview form does not subscribe you or publish a story. Please use sample details. AI chat is not connected and cannot receive messages.
Activities on your device
The Weekly Reset saves six checklist selections in this browser’s local storage so they can appear on your next visit. “Start a new week” resets those selections. To remove stored site data, use your browser’s site-data settings; other people using the same browser profile may be able to see your progress.
The Write activity keeps text in the current page’s memory. Its code does not send that text to us or intentionally save it to browser storage. “Clear my words” clears the activity text. Browsers, device backups, extensions, or people with access to your device may retain or expose information independently of this site. This is not a secure journal.
Hosting and access
This website runs on WordPress and is hosted by Namecheap. You do not need an account to browse. Hosting and security tools process technical request information to deliver and protect the site and may retain operational or security logs. WordPress and site tools may use cookies for administrative sign-in or saved site choices. This notice does not promise anonymous browsing or set those providers’ retention periods. We have not added advertising or analytics integrations to the site theme.
Outside services
Resource links, phone calls, texts, and email open other services. Those services have their own eligibility rules, fees, privacy practices, and confidentiality limits. Your browser and phone records may show visits or contact. Ask a service what it collects and when it shares information before providing personal details.
Contact and privacy requests
If you email 2steps@brushandmind.com, your email provider and our email service process your address, message, and any attachments. That is separate from the demonstration forms. Please do not email medical records, private stories, or urgent requests for help. You can use this address for site feedback, accessibility concerns, or questions about information you have sent. We cannot remove records held by unrelated services.
Young visitors and future features
The teen resources do not promise secrecy from parents, guardians, or other people. External services may have age requirements and reporting obligations. Do not enter a child’s personal information into the demonstration forms. Before live submissions, accounts, or AI conversations are introduced, the applicable data handling, age protections, retention, and choices must be established and explained in an updated notice.
