STRIVING & SURVIVING / AT YOUR OWN PACE

Make Something

Start with something simple.

Draw, write, or try something creative. There’s no right way to begin.

Drawing & doodling

Give your hands a small task.

Draw five objects around you using only lines and circles. The result can be unfinished or imperfect. Stop whenever you want.

Writing it out

You do not have to share it.

Write three lines: what is on my mind, what I need right now, and one thing I can leave for tomorrow. Keep it on paper if you prefer.

Art & creative interests

Explore what feels like you.

Try a small sketch, a photo of an ordinary object, or a short piece of writing. Notice which part you enjoy, without needing to be good at it.

Try This Now: A page without pressure
  1. Pick a pen and a scrap of paper.
  2. Draw one object using simple shapes, or write three sentences about an ordinary moment.
  3. Notice one detail you like. Keep it, change it, or put it away.

Take a few minutes, or stop sooner. There is no score or requirement to finish.
